This Valley institution (open since 1934) has great chefs who cook up fresh food quickly, although sometimes customers wish they would take their time, in order to feast on the complimentary stick buns before each meal. El Chorro is ideal for brunch with a large menu selection. Unfortunately, this restaurant won't be open until late 2009 as it is undergoing renovations, but it had to make the list!
